The world and the contexts for organisations in all sectors is changing rapidly and requires continuous internal change processes, not just in systems and processes, but often in organisational purpose and goals, organisational culture and organisational design. Organisations are required to develop agility, cooperation with an increasing number of external players and a more cooperative, emphatic and inspiring leadership culture which enables the potential and self-leadership of employees. Often parts of the global organisation are located in different countries requiring long distance engagement. Change processes and distance communication can generate a range of challenges. In the current dynamic context developing new strategies is often not sufficient. Underlying mental models, organisational identities and organisational culture that underpin strategies and activities may need to be transformed and organisational learning capability may need to be developed to make the organisation fit for the future.
I offer the following services to organisations:
- Designing and supporting an organisational change process which is led by the organisation or implementing a change process within one part of the organisation.
- Developing and delivering a tailored, experiential leadership or management development programme, based on the specific needs of the organisation.
- Designing and facilitating systemic team coaching and experiential team building processes.
- Facilitating processes to transform organisational conflicts, improve cooperation and make diversity an opportunity.
- Facilitating processes to transform organisational culture.
- Facilitating retreats for leaders, groups and teams that enable them to self-reflect, review, plan and develop their collaborative capacity.
- Designing interactive conferences, workshops and events including Future Search, Real-Time-Strategic-Change Conferences, Appreciative Inquiry and Open Space.
- Facilitating coaching interventions for workplace pairs who are in conflict.
I am highly skilled at designing and facilitating processes. Through interactive, synergistic processes I facilitate dialogue, learning, visioning, change, and strategic thinking. I support teams and organisational units to become more effective, maximise strengths, overcome unhelpful patterns of interaction and transform their working relationships. I surface issues, mental models, assumptions and cultural behaviours which may currently be invisible. My sense of humour and my engaging, authentic style quickly creates a high trust environment, a sense of safety for everyone involved, and a sharp focus for the work.
Cross-cultural work
Having lived and worked for many years in Europe and across the African continent and with an academic background related to Latin America, I am highly skilled in cross-cultural work and communication. I have successfully worked with individuals and teams from over 20 countries around the globe and I am competent in working with cross-cultural teams. I work mainly in English or in German but can also work at a conversational level in French. I also speak Spanish and Brazilian-Portuguese.
How it works

I can be contracted for a larger organisational change programme or specific pieces of work such as individual team development workshops or conferences. If you would like your leaders to become more effective and inspirational, we can work together to establish the goals and modalities for a tailored leadership training which I would design and deliver. Executive coaching can be integrated with organisational consulting or leadership training.
