The offer

At some point in our lives we may feel that we are not paying sufficient attention to our health and wellbeing. We may have chronic conditions, face an immediate health challenge, or may just have low energy and lack resilience. When we are in a demanding job, it is often challenging to find time to take care of ourselves.

Out of my personal experience of dealing with major health issues, I have added Health Coaching as an additional offer. In my work with leaders and executives in organisations I have realised they sometimes struggle with their health and energy levels and often do not find the structure and support to attend to it. Since our wellbeing is the foundation for everything we do in the world, including in our professional lives, it is an essential pillar for achieving our goals and and for feeling fulfilled.

For the past 25 years I have engaged at a personal level with issues of holistic health, nutrition, exercise, meditation, visualisation, limiting beliefs and thoughts, emotional states of beings and a wide range of approaches for increased energy and healing. From my own healing journey I learnt that to step into wellbeing, we have to transform our state of being to reflect this, feeling  joy and love about ourselves and the world and moving into higher states of energy. In my health coaching I draw on a wide range of tools and approaches for personal transformation, integrating physical, mental, and emotional aspects.

How it works

If you would like to improve your health and wellbeing, we will work together to establish the goals and results you would like to achieve and make an assessment, examining the issues affecting your wellbeing and balance. As a coach I would become a partner in your journey.

Throughout the coaching process we would pay attention to the underlying emotional, belief and behavioural issues which may stand in the way of your health and of taking care of yourself. Your day to day life is a rich territory for application. As your coach I would encourage you, ask powerful questions, give you reflective feedback and offer guidance where appropriate. Coaching is an empowering process that enables the individual to draw on her/his own and other people’s resources. We will generate ideas together and throughout the coaching process you will make your own choices about the steps you want to take. Coaching can be delivered virtually.
