The offer

Through my Executive Coaching I provide tailored support and accompaniment to leaders and managers, supporting them to transform and develop, become more effective with challenges they face, deal with complexity, become more resilient and strengthen their team leadership and people skills. My Executive Coaching focuses on the professional context but also benefits the individual more broadly in their life. In addition to concrete results for projects and challenges at hand, it often has a profound impact on the executive’s sense of vitality and motivation, and makes a significant contribution to his/her personal development. I also offer Personal Coaching to those who wish to get better at dealing with life challenges.

Through Executive Coaching I support clients with a range of issues, such as:

• Applying cutting edge leadership concepts and developing their potential as leaders including transforming their leadership styles, e.g. becoming more decisive, confident and results-oriented or more collaborative and inclusive.
• Leading on/managing organisational change, navigating through transitions or new projects and intentionally shaping the culture of the organisation or team.
• Becoming present in the moment through somatic and other practices to increasingly make conscious choices about their thoughts and behaviours – transform their state of being.
• Developing the potential, commitment and creativity of staff and becoming a more inspirational leader.
• Becoming aware of blockages that hold them back including beliefs, recurrent thoughts, limiting emotions and habits.
• Developing a coaching style as a manager to enable staff access their own internal resources.
• Strengthening their emotional intelligence and use of intuition.
• Becoming more inspired and uplifted.

I focus on facilitating learning that is ‘embodied’ and sustainable, assisting my clients to develop the capacity to tap into their power and be able to coach themselves in the future when they encounter challenges or want to continue growing in new areas. As a foundation for my work I draw on a wide range of powerful approaches and tools for personal development including a new body of work I am developing. I have an engaging coaching style which integrates rational reasoning and examination with emotional intelligence, creativity and body work. 

How it works

We will work together to establish the objectives and results you would like to achieve and make an assessment. This is part of the coaching process and starts to generate new insights and clarity on where you would like to focus. Once you are clear on what exactly you would like to achieve through the coaching, we will explore step by step the issues at hand and work together on designing practical actions to assist you to achieve your outcomes and develop new capacities. Everyday situations at work will provide a rich territory for application throughout the process. As a coach I am a partner in your journey and will ask questions to create insights and clarity, encourage you, give you reflective feedback and provide guidance. I will support you to become more self-aware, more present in the moment and open up new possibilities. Coaching is an empowering process. With the coach as your partner you will give the direction to the coaching and you will make the choices throughout your journey. Coaching can be delivered virtually. Coaching is confidential, guided by the ethics and principles of the International Coach Federation.
