As successful leaders and managers we often reach a point in our work where we encounter challenges and feel that we are limiting ourselves with the behaviours and solutions we have been applying. Or we may feel that deep down there is much more we could achieve and we do not know how to access it or how to bring it alive. We may feel that we are stuck with the persona or style we have created as a leader and want to unfold a new shape and new capacities which speak to the current situation, context or project we are dealing with or reflect new values and principles. Or we may need to navigate entirely new territory or perform in a new role. We may also encounter challenges with the effectiveness of our team, in our relationships with co-workers, or in the functioning between different parts of the organisation.

We can all grow and develop and move to a new level in our leadership, in our work, in our teams, in our organisations. The contribution we can make to our organisation or to the world can be much greater that we can currently imagine. As we transform our conditioned tendencies and habits from the past, we can make new choices.

I am an executive coach and consultant (PCC, ACTP, MA, MA) who supports people and teams to unlock their power and transform. I work with top and middle level leaders and managers and their teams and units to develop new and more effective thought processes, beliefs, emotional states, behaviours and strategies, not only to achieve what they want but to become more resourceful, more choiceful, more intentional and more inspirational in their leadership. I have specific skills and competencies in working with people from around the world and in working with cross-cultural teams.
