About Heidrun

hk3I am a certified Executive Coach (PCC, ACTP) and an Organisational Development Consultant (MA, MA) who provides coaching to executives and leaders, facilitates leadership development, and offers organisational development consultancy to organisations, teams and groups to support them to become more effective and inspired. I discovered my gifts and passion for enabling people and systems to unlock their potential during a time when I held my first leadership position in an international organization. I developed a profound interest in how we can develop ourselves and started my own journey of self-transformation, reading extensively and learning from a range of thought leaders in the world of personal growth, psychotherapy, leadership, organizational development and spirituality. My emphasis lies on experiential work and ‘live’, presence-based learning, drawing on a wide range of concepts and approaches including Gestalt, somatic work, systems thinking, neuroscience, polarity work, emergence and broader theories of human development and evolution. I have started to use my own tools and approaches which I am in the process of developing. I work with energy flow and intuition and tailor every intervention to the situation at hand. I am skilled in working with diverse organisational dynamics across continents and cultures including conflicts within organisations and between individuals.

I trained initially with the International Coach Academy as a Professional Certified Coach and then pursued further training with a range of leaders in the field of coaching including Doug Silsbee’s Presence-Based Coaching training in North Carolina, US. I am credentialed with the International Coach Federation (PCC) and uphold its ethics and standards. I have trained with the Gestalt International Study Center (GISC) and other Gestalt centers in the US on organisational systems and development practices. I practice and apply leading edge thinking on transformational spirituality. I have an MA with high distinction from Berlin University (Freie Universität Berlin) in Latin American Studies, Sociology and Theatre and in 2017 I completed long distance an MA in Organisational Development with the Kaiserslautern University (Technische Universität Kaiserslautern), also with high distinction. I am qualified with SHL for talent assessments /psychometric testing. I have worked for many years as a senior manager, leader, trainer, facilitator, coach, and organisational development resource person with an international organisation. After living abroad for 20 years I have recently moved back to Germany with the aim of working from here both locally and internationally.

I inspire and enable transformation and positive change in individuals and organisations, catalysing self–generation, clarity and focus, and facilitating achievement at a higher level. I integrate results-orientation with working in a whole – hearted way, engaging people where they are at.
